SBI Cards and Payment Services Limited — Credit Ratings, 16-10-2025: Credit Rating

CRISIL has reaffirmed SBI Card's long-term bank facilities at 'AAA/Stable' (enhanced to Rs. 57,000 Cr). Short-term facilities and Rs. 34,000 Cr Commercial Paper remain 'A1+'. Existing Rs. 3,800.2 Cr Lower Tier II Bonds and Rs. 6,550 Cr NCDs (reduced from Rs. 7,800 Cr) also reaffirmed 'AAA/Stable'. New Rs. 1,500 Cr Lower Tier II Bonds and Rs. 2,000 Cr NCDs are assigned 'AAA/Stable'.
