Insolation Energy's wholly-owned subsidiary, Insolation Green Energy Private Limited, has incorporated six new wholly-owned step-down subsidiaries. These entities will function as Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) dedicated to developing, installing, operating, and maintaining solar power plants, including rooftop solar photovoltaic projects. Each SPV has an authorized share capital of 0.01 Cr. This strategic move strengthens the company's footprint in the solar energy sector, signaling a focused expansion in renewable energy project execution and asset base.
