    Samay Project Services Board approved forming a wholly-owned subsidiary, SAMAY BioCNG Chittoor Pvt Ltd, for Bio-CNG production. This SPV aims to attract strategic partners for the plant. Samay Projects will act as the EPC for the Chittoor Bio-CNG project.
