Eternal's subsidiary Blink Commerce sold its 'Bistro by Blinkit' quick food service business to new subsidiary Blinkit Foods for ₹57 Cr. This internal restructuring aims to develop the food service under BFL. Bistro's FY25 revenue was ₹0.20 Cr, net worth ₹16 Cr.
