SRU Steels Ltd — Important, 17-10-2025: Company Update

SRU Steels Limited's Board has seen changes in its independent director composition. The company appointed Mrs. Meenu Jain and Mr. Naveen Sharma as Additional Non-Executive Independent Directors, subject to shareholder approval. Concurrently, Himanshu Rajeshkumar Vyas and Kairavi Lalitbhai Vadodariya resigned from their Non-Executive Independent Director roles due to other commitments. These changes led to a reconstitution of the Audit, Nomination and Remuneration, and Stakeholders Relationship Committees, with Dharmik Atulbhai Rojasara chairing all three to strengthen governance.
