    Shoppers Stop Board has approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year ended Sept 30, 2025. Consolidated net loss for the quarter was ₹20.11 Cr, and ₹35.84 Cr for the half-year. A ₹20.11 Cr service tax liability is pending Supreme Court decision.
