Shoppers Stop (SHOPERSTOP) delivered strong Q2FY26 results with Sales up 10% YoY to Rs 1,175 Cr, and H1 sales rising 8% to Rs 2,270 Cr. Q2 EBITDA grew 11% to Rs 173 Cr. Notably, the core business PBT turned profitable at Rs 9 Cr, a significant turnaround.
Growth is driven by premiumization, now contributing 69% to sales, and high engagement from First Citizen members, accounting for 83% of sales. The Beauty segment saw sales surge 22% to Rs 331 Cr, while new venture INTUNE grew 70% to Rs 70 Cr. Customer entry witnessed a positive 6% LFL growth, a multi-year first.
Recently, the company launched 3 INTUNE, 3 Beauty, and 1 Department store, with Rs 34 Cr in Q2 CAPEX, and will introduce new luxury beauty brands from EuroItalia. Management expects demand to increase and stabilize in the festive season, anticipating strong results aided by wedding season and government support.
