JSW Steel's board approved merging three wholly-owned subsidiaries (Amba River Coke, Monnet Cement, JSW Retail) to streamline operations, cut costs, and simplify its structure. No new shares will be issued. Subsidiaries generated turnovers of Rs 3,943 Cr (ARCL) and Rs 30 Cr (JRDL).
