Fortis Malar Hospitals Ltd — Important, 01-01-1970: Company Update

An open offer for Fortis Malar Hospitals Limited shares has recommenced, allowing public shareholders to tender their holdings. Northern TK Venture Pte. Ltd., along with its affiliates, is making an offer to acquire up to 4,894,308 equity shares, which constitutes 26.11% of the company's voting capital. Each share, with a face value of INR 10, is offered at INR 17.6. Additionally, original shareholders will receive applicable interest of INR 18.36 per share.
