Shakti Pumps (India) has invested Rs 25 Cr in its wholly-owned subsidiary, Shakti Energy Solutions. This capital infusion will establish a greenfield plant in Pithampur, MP, for high-efficiency solar DCR cells and PV modules, boasting a 2.20 GW production capacity. This strategic move significantly enhances Shakti Pumps' solar manufacturing capabilities and expands its product portfolio within the rapidly growing renewable energy sector. It marks a major step in backward integration and strengthens their position in the solar value chain. The subsidiary recorded a turnover of Rs 216.53 Cr in FY25.
