Additionally, a land dispute resolution for its JV firm, IITL-Nimbus The Palm Village, is expected to yield an additional 24,365 sq. mts of land. This will enable development of approximately 1.10 million sq. fts of saleable area, significantly boosting future project pipeline and growth prospects.
