Deepak Nitrite's subsidiary, DCTL, received a ₹40 Cr capital boost via preference shares from DPL (another subsidiary). These funds will fuel DCTL's fluorination plant and Gujarat projects. DCTL's FY25 turnover was ₹9.43 Cr.
