DCM Shriram has announced a board meeting on Tuesday, 28th October 2025, to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year and potential interim dividend for FY 2025-26. If approved, the record date for this interim dividend will be 3rd November 2025. Shareholders registered by this date will be eligible for the payout.
