Thermax's board has approved merging its wholly-owned subsidiary Buildtech Products India, simplifying the group structure. The board also greenlit investments: ₹40 Cr in Thermax Chemical Solutions for Fortmax Chemicals, and up to ₹42 Cr for its step-down subsidiary Enernxt, fueling growth in specialty chemicals and Bio CNG.
