Thermax's Board has approved merging its wholly-owned subsidiary Buildtech Products, simplifying group structure. The board also approved an additional equity investment of Rs. 40 Cr in Fortmax Chemicals and support of up to Rs. 42 Cr for Enernxt, a step-down subsidiary.
