India Ratings & Research has affirmed the ratings for SBFC Finance's Prime Trust LAP Aug 22' securitisation notes. The Series A1 notes, worth INR 45.19 Cr, are affirmed at IND AA(SO)/Stable. The Series A2 notes, worth INR 8.6 Cr, are affirmed at IND BBB-(SO)/Stable. Both ratings carry a Stable outlook.
