This acquisition, valued at Rs 44.61 crore, was completed through a share swap, expanding Sanmitra's presence in a key industry. Tandhan Polyplast reported a standalone turnover of Rs 167.80 crore for FY25. Additionally, the Board approved a preferential allotment of 2.12 million equity shares for Rs 3.19 crore, another 1.68 crore equity shares for Rs 67.22 crore, and 7.82 million convertible warrants, raising Rs 2.93 crore upfront.
