Akash Sethi, along with Persons Acting in Concert, has launched an Open Offer to acquire up to 9.75 lakh equity shares of Shree Pacetronix Limited, representing 26% of the expanded share capital, at ₹100 per share, totaling ₹9.75 crore. This mandatory offer was triggered by a preferential issue of shares and warrants to the Acquirer at ₹81 per share/warrant, valued at ₹2.43 crore. Post these transactions, the promoter group's shareholding will significantly increase from 24.25% to 55.09% on a fully diluted basis, consolidating their control. The company intends to maintain its listing status. Independent directors will provide their view on the offer to public shareholders.
