Sanmitra Commercial Ltd — Important, 17-10-2025: Company Update

The company has completed its acquisition of 100% of Tandhan Polyplast Limited (TPL), a manufacturer of plastic and polymer products, for 44.61 Cr via a share swap. TPL reported a standalone turnover of 167.80 Cr in FY25. This acquisition significantly expands the company's presence in the plastic products industry. Additionally, the Board allotted 2.97 Cr equity shares for the TPL acquisition, 21.25 lakh equity shares for 3.19 Cr cash, 1.68 Cr equity shares for 67.22 Cr cash, and 78.25 lakh convertible warrants for 2.93 Cr cash.
