Bank of India posted Q2 consolidated net profit of ₹2,576.69 Cr. Asset quality strengthened, with Gross NPA at 2.54%, Net NPA at 0.65%, and Provision Coverage Ratio up to 93.39%. 61 fraud cases involving ₹1,382.27 Cr were reported. RRB amalgamations led to a ₹518.8 Cr exceptional P&L debit.
