REC's subsidiary RECPDCL sold its entire stake in two power transmission SPVs, Ananthapuram II (for 7.70 Cr) and SR WR (for 0.63 Cr), to successful bidders. These SPVs are no longer REC subsidiaries, with negligible prior contribution.
