Himadri Speciality Chemical Ltd (HSCL) reported record Q2FY26 EBITDA of Rs. 243 Cr (+21% YoY) and PAT of Rs. 187 Cr (+39% YoY). The company cemented its battery materials focus with a Rs. 103.95 Cr cumulative investment for 17.6% equity in Sicona and plans a 2,00,000 MTPA LFP cathode facility.
