Globalbees is acquiring an additional 14.91% for INR 1.5 Cr, increasing its total ownership to 89.91%. This move consolidates control and deepens Brainbees' footprint in the growing fitness and sports market. Dynamic IT Solution reported a turnover of INR 11.92 Cr in FY25.
