Insolation Energy Ltd — Important, 17-10-2025: Company Update

Insolation Energy Limited's wholly-owned subsidiary, Insolation Green Energy Private Limited, has incorporated a new wholly-owned step-down subsidiary, JHVG Green Infra Private Limited. This new entity is established as a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) with an authorized share capital and initial subscription of Rs 0.01 Cr. JHVG Green Infra Private Limited will focus on developing, constructing, operating, and maintaining solar power plants, including Rooftop Solar (RTS) photovoltaic projects. This strategic move aims to expand the company's footprint and capabilities within the solar energy sector.
