MPS Limited's subsidiary, MPS Interactive Systems (MPSi), has acquired an additional 17.50% stake in Liberate Learning Pty Ltd and App-eLearn Pty Ltd, part of Australia's Liberate Group. This cash acquisition boosts MPSi's ownership from 65% to 82.50% in these entities.

The strategic move strengthens MPSi's presence in the fast-growing corporate learning market, especially in the APAC region. Liberate Group, with FY25 revenue of INR 42.09 Cr, provides innovative digital and blended learning solutions and serves a diverse blue-chip client base. This acquisition targets enhanced operational synergies, efficiency gains, and expanded global reach for MPSi.
