Crisil delivered resilient performance with Q3 2025 Income from Operations up 12.2% YoY to ₹911.2 Cr, and Profit After Tax (PAT) rising 14.8% YoY to ₹262.3 Cr. For the first nine months, Income grew 9.4% to ₹2,567.4 Cr, and PAT increased 13.1% to ₹714.5 Cr.
The Ratings segment maintained its leadership in corporate bond ratings, with the Global Analytics Centre (GAC) growing via new S&P Global engagements. The Research, Analytics & Solutions segment gained traction in buy-side solutions, data analytics, and consulting.
A key strategic move is the acquisition of McKinsey PriceMetrix Co., set to expand Crisil's global wealth management benchmarking. The company continues to prioritize sustainable growth through AI solutions and talent investment. An interim dividend of ₹16 per share was announced.
Management notes India's GDP is expected to remain steady at 6.5%, while global growth is revised up to 3.1% for 2025, supported by resilient US and Eurozone. Corporate balance sheets are strong, and capital markets are buoyant.
