Sky Gold's subsidiary acquired 51% of Shri Rishab Gold, a mangalsutra jewellery firm, for up to ₹10 Cr cash. This move expands market penetration & customer base. Shri Rishab Gold reported ₹48.9 Cr turnover in FY25.
