Polychem's material subsidiary, Gujarat Poly Electronics Limited (GPEL), has executed a deal to sell its land and factory building to Tirex Transmission Private Limited for 29 Cr. GPEL, which reported a turnover of 17.79 Cr last year, has secured shareholder approvals and a provisional transfer order for the property. This strategic move will see GPEL relocating its operations, ensuring its turnover will not be negatively impacted. The transaction is set for completion once final transfer orders are obtained, marking an important asset divestment for the subsidiary.
