Akash Sethi and Persons Acting in Concert have launched an Open Offer to acquire up to 9.75 Lakh additional shares of Shree Pacetronix Limited at ₹100 per share, representing 26% of the expanded capital. The total consideration for this mandatory offer is ₹9.75 Crore. This initiative aims to consolidate promoter holding, which is projected to reach 55.09% if the offer is fully accepted, up from the current 24.25%. For the latest quarter, the company reported consolidated revenue of ₹5.34 Cr and profit after tax of ₹0.66 Cr. An independent directors' committee will issue its view on the offer to public shareholders.
