Gujarat Poly Electronics has assigned leasehold rights to its land (12,022.40 sq meters) and ownership rights to its factory building in Gandhinagar to Tirex Transmission Private Limited. The company received provisional transfer approval from GIDC on October 1, 2025, and shareholders approved the transaction on September 1, 2025. The sale is for ₹29.00 Cr. This property contributed ₹17.79 Cr (100%) of the company's turnover. Gujarat Poly Electronics confirmed that operations are being moved to a new location, and the company's turnover will not be negatively impacted. The buyer is not a related party.
