Universal Autofoundry has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Kranti Industries for the strategic leasing and operation of UFL's machine shop facilities. UFL will consolidate its two machine shops into one location, which Kranti will then manage and operate exclusively for UFL's cast components. This partnership is set to improve workflow, enhance production capacity and quality, and accelerate delivery timelines. It allows UFL to focus on its core foundry operations while leveraging Kranti’s precision machining expertise. The agreement is effective from January 1, 2026, for seven years, including a three-year lock-in, aiming to strengthen manufacturing capabilities and optimize asset utilization.
