Kranti Industries Ltd — Important, 18-10-2025: Company Update

Kranti Industries has executed a Memorandum of Understanding with Universal Autofoundry Limited. Under this agreement, Universal Autofoundry will lease its machine shop facility in Sargoth, Rajasthan, along with associated plant and machinery, to Kranti Industries. Kranti will operate this consolidated shop, exclusively machining casting components manufactured by Universal Autofoundry. This strategic collaboration aims to leverage their respective expertise to enhance productivity, quality, and operational efficiency. Effective from January 1, 2026, the MoU is valid for seven years with a three-year lock-in, expanding Kranti’s machining capacity and strengthening its presence in North India.
