    ITI Limited's 75th AGM will review FY25 audited financials and consider director changes: re-appointing Smt S Jeyanthi, appointing Shri Arun Agarwal (Govt.) and Shri Gopinath Sahu (Independent). Shareholders will also ratify remuneration for Cost Auditors at 0.028 Cr and Secretarial Auditors at 0.007 Cr annually.
