Hindustan Agrigenetics Ltd — Important, 18-10-2025: Company Update

Hindustan Agrigenetics has announced significant board changes following a successful open offer and promoter change. Mrs. Vidya Jonnalagadda was appointed as an Independent Director. Several directors resigned, though Mr. Pritam Kapur will continue as Managing Director until December 15, 2025. Mr. Rajendra Naniwadekar will take over as Managing Director from that date.
