Candour Techtex's board approved raising authorized capital to Rs 37 Cr from Rs 23.70 Cr. They also cleared a preferential allotment of 67.86 lakh shares (Rs 84.83 Cr) and 90.72 lakh warrants (Rs 113.40 Cr). Shareholders will vote on this at a Nov 20 EGM.
