The company allotted 1.04 lakh equity shares at Rs. 210 each to non-promoters upon conversion of an equal number of warrants. This conversion brought in 1.638 Cr rupees and increased the paid-up equity capital from 2.276 Cr to 2.38 Cr, now comprising 23.80 lakh shares. An additional 2.05 lakh warrants remain outstanding, allowing holders to convert them into shares at Rs. 157.50 per warrant within 18 months. This move brings in capital and expands the company's shareholder base.
