Syschem India Ltd — Important, 22-10-2025: Company Update

Syschem India has resolved a previously disclosed legal case involving QP Pharmachem, which was filed under the Negotiable Instruments Act. The matter has been settled through a compromise, leading to the dismissal of the case. The total settlement amount was 5.18 Cr. Syschem India has already paid 3.95 Cr. A cheque for the balance 1.23 Cr has been issued, earmarked for potential dollar exchange rate variations related to an overseas payment to China, and will only be used if such a difference occurs. This closes a significant legal proceeding for the company.
