Syschem India Ltd — Important, 22-10-2025: Company Update

Syschem India Limited announced the settlement and closure of a legal case previously disclosed. The matter, involving the company, its KMPs, and Directors, was filed by QP Pharmachem under the Negotiable Instruments Act. The parties reached a compromise, leading to the case being dismissed as withdrawn. The company has paid 3.95 Cr towards the settlement, out of a total amount of 5.18 Cr. An additional 1.23 Cr cheque has been issued, contingent on dollar exchange rate differences for an overseas remittance; otherwise, it will remain unutilized. This resolution removes a legal overhang and clarifies a financial liability.
