Teja Ranade Gadhoke, along with Roadway Solutions India Infra Ltd and Ameet Harjinder Gadhoke, has acquired 8.58 lakh shares (2.60%) of Soma Textiles in an off-market transaction. This raises her individual stake from 3.38% to 5.98%. The buyers' group proposes to acquire a total of 2.47 crore shares (74.98%) from promoters for ₹87.67 Cr.
