Bondada Engineering Ltd — Important, 23-10-2025: Company Update

Bondada Engineering Limited has secured a Letter of Intent from Adani Green Energy Limited and Adani Green Energy Six Limited, part of the Adani Group. This LOI is for the supply of Balance of System (BOS) goods and installation for a 650 MW Solar Power Project at Khavda Renewable Energy Park, Gujarat. The comprehensive scope includes design, engineering, manufacturing, procurement, delivery, and extensive onsite services. Valued at 1,050 Cr (exclusive of taxes), this order is to be executed within one year. This significant development strengthens Bondada Engineering's position in the renewable energy sector and significantly boosts its order book.
