Syrma SGS & Premier Energies will jointly acquire KSolare Energy, a solar inverter manufacturer, for ₹170 Cr. Syrma SGS gets 49% stake for ₹83.3 Cr. This moves Syrma SGS into the fast-growing residential solar segment, leveraging PEL's network and Syrma SGS's manufacturing expertise.
