Titan Intech Ltd — Important, 24-10-2025: Company Update

Titan Intech has partnered with MIC Co., Ltd., Korea, for joint development and technology transfer of next-generation MIP, SMD, and Mini-LED display systems and Android-based control solutions. This strategic collaboration, valued at approximately 12.7 Cr, aims to establish India's first indigenously developed LED/LCD display-control ecosystem. It involves comprehensive design, hardware, firmware, and software licenses, enabling localized manufacturing and R&D. This move aligns with "Make in India" initiatives, targeting high-growth sectors like automotive, transportation, and defense, reducing import reliance and enhancing domestic capabilities.
