    eClerx board approved Q2 consolidated revenue of ₹1,004.85 Cr & profit of ₹183.19 Cr. H1 revenue reached ₹1,939.41 Cr, profit ₹324.87 Cr. A ₹300 Cr share buyback at ₹4,500/share (pending shareholder approval) and a subsidiary merger were also cleared.
