eClerx's Board has approved the financial results for the quarter & half-year. Consolidated Revenue hit ₹1,004.85 Cr, Profit ₹183.19 Cr for the quarter. Also greenlit a share buyback of up to ₹300 Cr at ₹4,500/share (pending shareholder approval). A subsidiary merger was also completed for efficiency.
