Kotak Mahindra Bank's board approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year ended Sep 30, 2025. Consolidated Net Profit after tax stood at ₹4,468.27 Cr for Q2 and ₹8,940.45 Cr for H1. Also, Sonata Finance merged with BSS Microfinance.
