Zen Technologies saw Q2 & H1 FY26 revenue and profit impacted by procedural delays in order finalizations. Consolidated revenue for Q2FY26 was ₹173.57 Cr, down from last year, with H1FY26 at ₹331.79 Cr. Despite this, operational EBITDA margins remained healthy at 37.76% for Q2FY26, showing strong execution. Contributions from subsidiaries like ARIPL and UTS are increasing.

The company is strategically strengthening its capabilities through four recent acquisitions: Applied Research International, Vector Technics, Bhairav Robotics, and TISA Aerospace. These moves diversify Zen’s reach into naval simulation, drone propulsion, defence robotics, and loitering munitions, reducing time-to-market. Zen maintains strong liquidity of over ₹1,100 Cr and continues to invest in R&D to boost its technological edge, particularly in anti-drone systems, which are seeing increased interest after a recent operation.

Management expects stronger subsidiary contributions and believes current temporary headwinds will lead to robust future performance, driven by innovation and India's defence modernization. The consolidated order book stands at ₹675.04 Cr.
