Hatsun Agro Product Limited — Board Meeting, 27-10-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Hatsun Agro Product's board approved its consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year. Consolidated revenue hit ₹5,017.87 Cr for the half-year, with profit after tax at ₹244.73 Cr. An interim dividend of ₹6 per share was declared. The board also noted a scheme to merge wholly-owned subsidiary Milk Mantra Dairy.
