Scoobee Day Garments (India) Limited has successfully concluded its Rights Issue, allotting 34,20,028 equity shares at Rs 90 per share. The issue, which aimed to raise up to 40.50 Cr, saw strong participation, receiving applications for approximately 34.35 lakh shares. Following technical rejections, 34.20 lakh shares were validly applied for, representing 76% of the shares offered. The company approved the allotment, and shares have been credited to demat accounts. Trading of the newly issued shares is expected to begin soon, strengthening the company's capital base for future growth.
