Mahindra Logistics has approved an investment of up to Rs. 50 Cr into its wholly-owned subsidiary, MLL Express Services Private Limited (MESPL), which operates as "Rivigo by Mahindra Logistics." This capital infusion, maintaining Mahindra's 100% ownership, is earmarked for MESPL's working capital and general operational needs. Strategically, this strengthens their B2B express logistics arm, which currently leverages a vast PAN India network across 19,000+ pin-codes and over 260 processing centers. This move aims to support growth and enhance service capabilities in a critical logistics segment.
