    PDS Ltd's board approved Q2/H1 financial results. Consolidated profit hit ₹48.44 Cr for Q2 and ₹68.47 Cr for H1. They also announced an interim dividend of ₹1.65 per share. Ms. Reenah Joseph was re-designated as Head – Special Projects.
